Nice Ramen in Yokohama
The popular restaurant Yoshimuraya, in Yokohama, is a must for ramen lovers. Opened in 1974, the place offers the unique Iekei-style ramen, a blend of tonkotsu pork bone and shoyu broths soup.
Yoshimuraya gives the customers the chance to make specific requests about soup thickness, oil quantity and noodles. The ordering process is fast and simple, using a vending machine to get a ticket. A highly recommended food adventure for 900 ¥. The long queue waiting to go in can’t be wrong.
