Fluffy Pancakes in Harajuku
With shops all around Japan, founded in Osaka in 2014, Gram has become really popular because of their pancakes. The crown jewel is their “premium pancakes”, a tower made of three fluffy pancakes topped with butter and powdered sugar, with whipped cream and maple syrup on the side.
This culinary masterpiece, a dream for any sweet tooth, is offered just three times a day. At 11:00, 15:00 and 18:00, customers can order Gram’s most popular dish, only 20 of them at each serving time. That’s why it’s recommended to get to the place one hour earlier to write down your name on their guest list.
But people not that into sweets are welcome to Gram too. They also offer salty pancakes (with bacon or salmon), frenchtoasts, sandwiches and soups.
