Feel Like a Ninja

Who said ninjas and samurais were gone for good? Kyoto Samurai & Ninja Museum brings them back to life every day with tours where visitors can learn the history of these heroes’ glorious lives from the early Heian period to the collapse of the Tokugawa shogunate, that time when samurais and ninjas roamed the streets of Kyoto.

The museum also offers walking tours around Kyoto, apart from activities for kids, sword lessons, tea ceremony… But a really affordable and complete choice is taking their guided museum tour and samurai and ninja experience. You can learn some history and wear a samurai armor, do a shuriken (ninja star) throw and use a ninja blowgun.
